This is an experiential class. We will be in the studio for the breath work and mindfulness portion, and moving outside to Creekside Park for the cold immersion. Please come dressed in warm, loose, layered clothing. Following is a supply list of items to bring for the day - notebook/pen, swimwear, two towels, water shoes/socks, water bottle. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. There will be an abundance of snacks and beverages, but you are welcome to bring a sack lunch.
If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, or a serious health condition, this class in NOT for you.
Space is limited to 12 participants. So be sure to sign up early!
