Hi! I’m Shelley

Nature has always been my center, my balance. I have found it to be my greatest teacher and healer. Through experiencing its power and potential, it has taught me to how to discover these within myself. In 2017, after a traumatic event, I was searching for something to help me with this deep loss and the Wim Hof Method crossed my path. I began practicing the breathing and cold exposure and soon realized that it was a simple, yet effective method which allowed me to move through my trauma, instead of being overcome by it. I was able to release and let go of those things I could not change. And I found a deeper connection to myself. As I continued to practice the method, I found that I was experiencing many other benefits, as well. I had more energy, less stress. My focus improved. I was sleeping better. My immune system was stronger, and I had less inflammation. All this by just breathing and getting in the cold! I soon became convinced that the Wim Hof Method is what was needed in our fast paced, high stressed world. It is a fast, effective means to reset the mind and body to bring our fullest potential into every day.
